Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 11 July 2026

At Coordenada Record, Lda., we want the CoRe Platform to be usable by as many people as possible — whatever their abilities or the technology they use.

1. Our commitment

We seek to follow good digital accessibility practices, guided by the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). In practice, this includes text with sufficient contrast, form fields with associated labels, keyboard navigation, a clear heading structure and a design that adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop.

2. Legal framework

The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), transposed into Portuguese law by Decreto-Lei n.º 82/2022 (the Portuguese transposition decree), covers e-commerce services. However, it excludes from its scope microenterprises that provide services (Article 2(5)). Coordenada Record, Lda. is a microenterprise, so it is not legally required to meet those requirements. Even so, we treat accessibility as a voluntary commitment and a matter of quality.

3. Known limitations

We are improving continuously. Some areas may not yet fully comply with the reference guidelines — in particular more complex content, such as results tables and simulators. If you come across a barrier, we want to know.

4. How to report a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of the platform, or a suggestion for improvement, contact us at geral@coordenadarecord.pt or through the Suggestions and problems page. We reply and try to fix issues as quickly as possible.
