Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This English translation is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version — the only legally binding version — prevails.

This policy explains how Coordenada Record, Lda. processes the personal data collected through the CoRe Platform, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Coordenada Record, Lda., NIPC 517 673 517, with registered office at Avenida Manuel Pinto de Azevedo, n.º 545, 4460-360 Senhora da Hora, Matosinhos. For any question about your data, contact geral@coordenadarecord.pt.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and free tools: name and email (for example, when downloading a resource or leaving a suggestion). The free calculators and simulators run in your browser and we do not store the values you enter.
  • Verified registration (promoters, investors and advisors): the identity of the person in charge, tax number (NIF), contact details, and the verification documents (citizen card, permanent commercial-registry certificate — certidão permanente) that you upload — and, in the case of advisors, for each mandate: the mandate document and the represented party’s file (identification with name and NIF; the represented party’s citizen card, in the case of a natural person; or the certidão permanente and the identification and citizen card of each signatory, in the case of a legal person), provided by the advisor, who declares that they are entitled to do so.
  • Investment profile: business data you declare (sector, amount, type of transaction, etc.), shown in the listing in anonymised form.
  • Basic account: name, address, NIF, email and password (stored in encrypted form).
  • Purchases: billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card details.
  • Monthly/annual subscription: if you subscribe, we store the chosen plan, its status and renewal dates, and the customer/subscription identifier at Stripe — linked to the account, to manage access and billing.

3. What we use the data for and on what legal basis

  • Providing the service (registration, verification, connection between parties, delivery of documents and reports) — performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps.
  • Issuing invoices and complying with tax obligations — legal obligation.
  • Responding to contacts and suggestions — consent and legitimate interest.
  • Optional communications (when explicitly accepted) — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. For how long we keep the data

We keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations (for example, invoicing documents for the applicable statutory period). Verification documents are kept while the account is active and deleted when they are no longer necessary.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

We do not sell or transfer your data. We use providers that process personal data on our behalf, exclusively for the purposes above and with security safeguards:

  • Supabase — hosting of the database and of the documents (servers in the European Union).
  • Stripe — payment processing and collection of billing details.
  • Resend — sending of transactional emails (confirmations, deliveries).
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — human verification at registration, to prevent automated accounts; it analyses device/browser signals and requires no visible action.
  • Upstash — limiting of requests per IP address on the public forms, to prevent abuse.
  • WebHS — hosting of the company’s domain and email.

6. Cookies

The Platform uses only one strictly necessary cookie: the one that keeps your session signed in after login. As it is essential to the Platform’s operation, it does not require prior consent. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from the Platform itself, with no connection to external services.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact geral@coordenadarecord.pt.

8. Complaints

If you consider that your data is not being processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority), at www.cnpd.pt.
