To save purchases and simulations, all you need is a Basic account — a quick sign-up. The Investment service requires a profile with a verified identity (below) — once the profile is created, you can browse the Listings straight away; contact requests unlock as soon as our team verifies your identity.
Investment, step by step
It is the heart of the platform: a bridge between those seeking capital and those seeking opportunities.
- 1
Create your profile — identity included
Your profile is your account and you fill it in once only. You choose whether you are a promoter, an investor or an advisor, answer the essentials (legal entity or individual; or your type of investor) and submit identity verification straight away — your data and documents are private, only our team sees them. If you represent a legal entity (a company, fund or holding), you state how many people must sign to bind the company, as set out in its Certidão Permanente (company registry certificate), and submit each signatory’s details; if you act under a power of attorney, you attach it too.
Identity review normally takes up to 3 working days and does not stop you from moving on to the next step — once your identity is verified, introduction and due diligence requests unlock, for you and for anyone requesting contact with you. This verification confirms who the person or entity is — it does not confirm financial capacity or proof of funds; that documentation, when needed, is requested during due diligence (step 4). - 2
Register what you bring to the platform — you can have several
The information shown in the Listings is anonymous, with no names or contact details, and each account can hold several registrations at once, each with its own status — you can pause or close one without touching the others, and add more at any time in “My account”.
A promoter registers opportunities: sector, region, amount and one or more types of operation — Equity, Debt, Mezzanine, Real estate purchase and sale, Sale & leaseback, M&A (buying or selling a company) or, if no business has been incorporated yet, Business idea — plus a description and optional fields (traction, team, turnover…) that feed the opportunity strength bar. On submission it becomes immediately visible in the Listings, with no approval to wait for.
An investor registers investment theses — every field is required, so the match is precise: what you are looking for, sectors and stages of interest, geography, ticket and preferred instruments.
An advisor — an advisory firm representing promoters or investors — registers mandates: sell-side (shown to investors) and buy-side (shown to promoters). Each mandate requires the signed and notarised mandate document plus the dossier of whoever binds the represented party, verified by our team before the mandate appears in the Listings — and advisor cards are always marked as mandates, so the counterparty knows they are dealing with a mandated representative. - 3
See compatibility
Compatibility is calculated between each opportunity and each thesis — not between people: if you have several active registrations, you choose at the top of the Listings which one you are browsing as (“View as”). You only see cards where a deal is actually possible — type of operation and amount within what the other side is looking for. Among those, we show a compatibility percentage, based on criteria both sides declared — sector, region, stage, and what each is looking for in the other — from most to least compatible. You can see exactly why the percentage came out as it did, criterion by criterion, and adjust what matters most to you. It is a measure of affinity, never an investment recommendation.
No opportunity or thesis submitted yet? You can still take a look at the Listings in browse mode — all the cards, without percentages or request buttons — to see what already exists on the other side before completing your registration. - 4
Request contact
On a compatible card, you can request a Simple introduction (free) or Due diligence with a report (paid), if you want a deeper analysis before deciding. Requests require verified identity on both sides — it protects everyone.
- 5
The other side decides
They receive your request anonymously — only the profile description and the compatibility percentage — and accept or decline.
- 6
If both accept, we make the introduction
CoRe connects the two parties, sharing their verified contact details — and only between those two parties. From there, you deal with each other directly. If you would like professional support in seeing the deal through — from analysis to negotiation and contract coordination — Coordenada Record remains at your disposal. Talk to us for a quote, with no obligation.
An example, before you sign up
This is what you will see in the Listings — fictitious data, just to show how the compatibility percentage is calculated, criterion by criterion.
Based on 3 of 4 criteria with data from both sides.
- Type of operation:
- Equity
- Amount:
- €250k–€500k
An example — sign up to see yours.
What about privacy? Your profile is anonymous
On the platform, nobody sees your name, NIF (Portuguese tax number) or contact details. In the listings and in requests, profiles appear only through their characteristics (sector, amount, ticket…) and their compatibility percentage.
Your identity is only revealed when you and the other side agree to move forward — and, even then, only to that counterparty, through an introduction made by our team. To everyone else on the platform, you remain anonymous.
In other words: contact details are never shared directly between the parties unless both accept, and never with anyone else.
The tools and the catalogue
Calculators (IMT property transfer tax, IMI annual property tax, capital gains, IRC corporate income tax, IRS category B for the self-employed, Segurança Social (social security), the cost of an employee…) and simulators (business plan, feasibility, construction cashflow, cap table, company valuation…) are free and run in your browser — we do not store the values you enter.
The Catalogue brings together ready-to-use contracts, templates and checklists, with a protected preview and immediate delivery in Word.
With a Basic account, your purchases and simulations are saved in the Library, always at hand.
