Qualified investor declaration

Template declaration in which the investor personally attests, under their own responsibility, that they qualify as a qualified investor under article 30 of the Portuguese Securities Code. Includes the declarant’s identification, the legal categories to tick (with the criteria for companies and the request to be treated as a professional investor), liability clauses and space for date and signature. Useful in investment rounds and offers addressed to qualified investors.
