Does your company own its premises but need liquidity?
If your company owns the space it works from but is under cash-flow pressure — or cannot get bank credit right now — it can sell the property to a private investor and keep using it exactly as it does today, paying rent, with the option to buy it back later. This operation is technically called a sale & leaseback: the company frees up immediate capital without leaving its premises, and buys time to resolve whatever is pending before repurchasing the property, by then in a position to finance it normally through a bank.
This simulator estimates the rent and buy-back values for your property over time.
